Back in 2019, Dynamic Print was continuing to grow, and we were seeing more and more customers looking for something a little different from their print. Our specialist finishing has always been at the heart of what we do from hot foiling and embossing to blind debossing and die cutting but we also needed a digital press that could give us the flexibility to produce high-quality print across a wider range of projects. That’s why we invested in a Konica Minolta AccurioPress C3070.
More possibilities for our customers
The C3070 gave us the ability to print up to 700 x 330mm on substrates up to 350gsm duplex, opening up more possibilities for our customers. For us, it wasn’t simply about buying a new machine. We wanted to make sure it would work alongside the specialist printing and finishing we already offered. That combination is what makes Dynamic Print different. A digitally printed piece can be taken on to our vintage presses for foiling, embossing, die cutting or other decorative finishes, creating something far more distinctive than standard digital print.

Choosing the right press
We spent time looking at the options available before making our decision and worked closely with the BBT Group’s Norwich team throughout the process. Testing different papers and substrates was particularly important to us. We work with everything from standard stocks to unusual and sustainable papers, so the ability to produce consistent, high-quality print across different materials was essential. The result was a press that gave us greater flexibility, improved colour consistency and excellent front-to-back registration.
Part of the Dynamic Print story
Looking back, the investment was another important step in the development of Dynamic Print. Today, we continue to combine modern digital printing technology with traditional specialist print finishing, giving businesses, designers, agencies and individuals in Norwich, Norfolk and across the UK the opportunity to create print that feels genuinely different. From a simple business card to a beautifully foiled invitation, packaging, certificates or a bespoke marketing piece, our approach remains the same:
Good print should look great, feel great and make people want to keep it.
